CapeCode works with consultants in a variety of ways, including on a "corp-to-corp" basis. Providing that the consultant's business entity operates with sufficient liability coverage and is current with all taxing authorities within the state to which it reports, we can contract directly with the consultant's company.

We understand the underlying desire of some consultants to operate independent of both employers and consulting firms as well as the economic realities that favor working as an independent contractor rather that a direct employee.

CapeCode also contracts with boutique and specialty consulting firms on a "corp-to-corp" basis when our customers require services outside our core competencies or when our staff a fully involved with other customers.

Contract engagements are often for three to six month projects but also can be extended for multiple years depending upon the nature of the work and the "fit" of the consultant with the clients environment.
